•Generate revenue and ensure smooth front-end operations across assigned region for FP and FOC stores.
•Drive retail growth by managing store initiatives, promotional events, discounts, and institutional tie-ups.
•Recruit and coordinate with Regional HR on hiring store managers, and provide training.
•Maintain customer service and ensure the right manpower and inventory are in place across stores.
•Provide leadership, development, and supervision to store managers while monitoring KPIs and staying current on retail technologies and competitor strategies.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•At least 5+ years of experience in sales and/or management.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
•Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
