Retail Sales Associate (Part Time, 10 hrs)

Drive and promote sales culture in a retail store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals. Deliver a high standard of customer service and engage shoppers on the sales floor, resolving customer conflicts when needed. Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, pre-sale preparation, inventory counts, visual merchandising, sales reporting, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
