Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end experiential event workstreams from program ideation and partner curation through ticketing, production planning, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
  • •Partner with Resy and Amex marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for events and activations aligned to audience, brand, and business objectives.
  • •Manage day-to-day workstreams with external event production agencies by defining deliverables, timelines, expectations, and follow-through.
  • •Collaborate with internal legal and compliance teams to ensure events and marketing assets are approved prior to launch.
  • •Track event budgets and KPIs, produce reporting, and translate results and learnings into actionable recommendations for future programs.

Salary: USD 78,000 - 124,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of experience in experiential marketing and/or event production, including ownership of complex event workstreams and managing external agencies.
  • •Experience working with restaurants and hospitality partners, with understanding of operational realities of live dining-led experiences.
  • •Demonstrated project management across multiple teams, partners, timelines, and priorities, with ability to drive work forward independently.
  • •Confidence communicating with senior leaders and external partners, presenting recommendations, surfacing risks, and providing clear status updates.
