Support menu planning and partner with the Executive Chef for Riyadh Air, driving end-to-end menu development. Oversee crew menus, streamline ingredients to reduce waste, and contribute to budgeting, business plans, and monthly invoice reviews alongside finance. Lead recipe creation, document work, and help deliver successful product launches and process improvements.
