Job Summary

Drive early-stage exploration, hypothesis development, and rapid analytical prototyping to shape ambiguous business problems into structured approaches for PlayStation’s Global Partner and Developer Relations organization. Partner with GPDR leadership, analytics partners, product managers, and data scientists to identify high-impact opportunities, develop exploratory frameworks, and deliver directional insights that support publisher partnerships, ecosystem growth, and commercial decision-making.

•Lead early-stage exploration of business problems, identifying high-impact opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
•Develop hypotheses and analytical approaches, translating ambiguous questions into structured problem statements for experimentation and modeling.
•Conduct rapid analyses and build lightweight prototypes to assess feasibility and potential impact using existing data and frameworks.
•Collaborate with analytics partners, GPDR leadership, partner commerce teams, product managers, and data scientists to align work with business objectives and transition validated opportunities into deeper modeling.
•Create repeatable analytical approaches and templates, and help establish scalable, reusable frameworks and AI-enabled workflows that improve early-stage analytics execution.

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
•8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.

•Experience conducting exploratory analysis, hypothesis development, and data-driven storytelling.
•Proficiency in SQL, Python, R (or similar) and the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance analytical workflows.
