Job Summary

Own security for a fast-growing AI companionship platform by handling application security, risk & compliance (GRC), and security awareness. Perform weekly code reviews, drive vulnerability remediation, and coordinate penetration tests and external audits. Monitor security alerts and channels, manage IT/device access via MDM, and track emerging generative-AI threats like prompt injection and jailbreaks. Work hands-on with security leadership and real ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform weekly code reviews to catch vulnerabilities before they ship.
•Track, prioritize, and drive remediation of security vulnerabilities across the stack.
•Coordinate external security audits and penetration tests, and follow through on findings.
•Maintain and evolve the risk register and keep GRC documentation up to date.
•Own monitoring of security channels and alerts, including weekend coverage, and manage security IT/access via MDM.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 65,000 - 115,000 annually
