Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure full competency in accounting and reporting for closed-end and evergreen fund structures.
  • •Review quarterly and ad hoc deliverables including client reporting, invoice payments, and management company reporting.
  • •Act as the primary operational contact for clients, maintaining relationships and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • •Plan and provide coaching and training to the team with the Fund Accounting Director.
  • •Ensure smooth delivery of fund audits, manage clients/auditor/draft accounts within agreed timeframes, and review relevant fund legal documents.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience in a hedge fund administration firm, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • •Knowledge of Advent Geneva is preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of different asset types such as ABS, CFD, loans, and bonds.
  • •Experience reviewing interest accruals and expense accruals in line with agreed budgets.
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
