Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and implement product solutions for integration into the Combat System.
  • •Lead product verification and validation activities to ensure alignment with design specifications.
  • •Generate and maintain product design certification documentation aligned with system product specifications.
  • •Provide engineering support to transition products into service and conduct technical risk analysis.
  • •Run major project reviews across the lifecycle (peer, preliminary/detailed design, and test readiness) and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering as a minimum.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in Systems Engineering across areas such as requirements, design, integration, and verification (e.g., Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Communication, Software, and/or Combat/RF systems).
  • •Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders including client, peers, suppliers, and senior leadership.
  • •Knowledge of project management milestones and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision to deliver scheduled commitments.
  • •Applicants must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to Negative Vetting 1 level.
