Key Responsibilities

•Lead AI & modernization initiatives by designing and implementing solutions that combine legacy modernization (C#/.NET, React) with agentic AI integration across internal and customer workflows.
•Provide hands-on technical leadership across system architecture, simplifying complex designs and delivering clean, scalable, maintainable code.
•Champion engineering excellence by identifying technical blockers, improving quality and testing strategies, optimizing CI/CD deployment pipelines, and maintaining system resilience.
•Lead incident management and reliability efforts, including participation in on-call, leading incident responses, and facilitating post-mortems.
•Mentor and uplift the engineering team by coaching engineers and fostering a psychologically safe, inclusive, high-performing culture focused on continuous learning.

Key Requirements

•Strong background in C# and .NET environments (or OO language experience such as Java with a language-agnostic mindset).
•Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable distributed systems and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
•Interest or hands-on experience leveraging AI tools, LLMs, or agentic AI systems to transform engineering workflows and user experiences.
•Experience navigating complex codebases and legacy modernization in fast-paced technical environments (e.g., consulting, fintech, banking, SaaS, or regulated sectors).
•A track record of coaching engineers, managing technical trade-offs, and resolving complex technical challenges with clear communication.
