Job Summary

Partner with operations at the Weipa site by providing trusted finance advice, analysis, and performance insights. Own site planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting, translating financial results into clear operational decision support. Interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual results, challenge assumptions with stakeholders, prepare business analysis and financial modelling, and work with global finance teams to improve systems, reporting, metrics, and processes.

•Prepare business analysis, project valuation support, and financial modelling to validate business opportunities and improvement initiatives.
•Build trusted relationships across site teams and support uplift of financial acumen by explaining financial information clearly to different audiences.

Key Requirements

•Strong Excel capability and confidence working with financial data, analysis, and reporting tools.
•Working knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools, with willingness to continue building digital and analytical capability.
•Ability to explain financial results, drivers, and assumptions clearly, and confidence partnering with stakeholders with commercially grounded advice.
