Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and direct the team’s day-to-day activities to complete assigned coding and accounts receivable tasks.
  • •Monitor unbilled accounts reports for outstanding and/or un-coded encounters to reduce accounts receivable days.
  • •Ensure adherence to coding guidelines, SOPs, and customer-defined TAT/SLA while maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • •Respond to provider and customer requests by phone and/or in writing to resolve unpaid and denied claims.
  • •Provide trend analysis of issues and solutions to customers and deliver monthly performance feedback to team members.
