Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain acceptable work quality, minimize reworks, and effectively use available resources.
  • •Monitor and ensure use of the latest valid drawings and coordinate activities as built for major elements of work.
  • •Supervise labor, materials, and equipment movement to ensure project costs and budgets are adhered to, and daily activities stay within cost limits.
  • •Ensure assigned works are completed on time with zero-loss-time incidents (LTIs) by enforcing safety procedures for all supervised workers.
  • •Implement HSE initiatives and support incident reporting, resolution, and corrective actions for rework or remedial work as instructed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope and objectives.
  • •Knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental policies, plus safety programs and objectives.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Experience supporting QA/QC, cost management, and time-bound execution to company standards.
