Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct product strategy from conception and definition through implementation.
  • •Identify new business and market opportunities and create business plans.
  • •Determine market requirements and ensure product alignment with organizational objectives.
  • •Serve as a central point of contact across systems, marketing, and sales during product development.
  • •Develop long-term plans for cost and profit control and promote adoption of new technologies and industry trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree such as Masters/MBA/JD/MD, or PhD) with relevant work experience.
  • •Create vision statements and set product goals, including defining and executing product strategy.
  • •Experience designing new products through customer discovery and leading product execution.
  • •Ability to lead plans to achieve product goals and work in matrixed, ambiguous environments within the broader payments ecosystem.
  • •Comfortable working in Agile frameworks and using process or core banking best practices.
