Job Summary

Join the Gen AI COE in NTT DATA UK&I to design and deploy a GraphRAG-based generative AI solution for new customer tenants. You’ll onboard and parse customer documents, configure LangChain for vector processing and graph extraction, build agents to generate outputs from a knowledge graph, and tune prompts for accurate retrieval. Collaborate with off-shore teams and work with AWS services to support novel projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Deploy the generative AI solution into new customer tenants using a reusable onboarding method.
•Onboard customer documents into the solution and ensure diagrams are properly parsed.
•Configure LangChain for vector processing and graph extraction.
•Create agents that generate new outputs from an existing knowledge graph.
•Tune prompts so customers can find the information they need and collaborate with off-shore teams to share knowledge.

Key Requirements

•Strong technical data engineering background with the drive to learn new technologies and apply them in new environments.
•Ability to solve technical problems with minimal oversight or leadership.
•Understanding of AI concepts and AI ethics.
•Understanding of data safety when using Large Language Models.
•Knowledge and experience with AWS or Azure plus Python and generative AI/RAG techniques (e.g., GraphRAG).
