Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute routine packaging tasks daily/weekly/monthly to meet KPI targets and maintain quality.
  • •Operate packaging equipment to ensure finished goods are produced to the right quality, time, and cost.
  • •Comply with Safety, Health & Environment requirements and HACCP/food hygiene safety regulations.
  • •Attend meetings and briefings; maintain documentation and transactions to operate and improve the department.
  • •Undertake training and update PDP-related documentation to upskill teammates.

Key Requirements

  • •GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent
  • •Packaging or Engineering-based qualification (advantage)
  • •Packaging/Engineering experience in high-efficiency FMCG environments (advantage)
  • •Fork Lift Truck License where appropriate (Keg Palletiser)
  • •IT literacy and ability to coordinate and communicate within teams
