Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality fiduciary and administrative services.
  • •Lead proactive client conversations and provide advice on products/services, emerging issues, and regulatory/tax changes.
  • •Explain complex concepts in non-technical terms and coordinate advisory solutions with clients’ professional advisors.
  • •Apply fiduciary knowledge and judgment to manage fiduciary risks in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • •Cultivate referral relationships, identify new business opportunities, and teach/mentor less experienced partners.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of experience as a relationship manager in trust/estate administration, estate planning, or related fields.
  • •Experience working with high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients is preferred.
  • •Ability to manage a complex portfolio of over a million and/or billion in AUM.
  • •Knowledge of fiduciary standards and applicable laws/regulations, including trust and tax law and estate planning techniques.
  • •Skills in negotiating, problem-solving, delegating, leadership, and sales; JD and/or CFP, CPWA and other related designations strongly desired.
