Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the day-to-day technical operations and service delivery for Collins-managed airport systems across assigned airports.
  • •Oversee incident, problem, change, and service request management to minimize operational disruption and meet SLA performance.
  • •Serve as the primary operational point of contact for airport management, airlines, and customer stakeholders; coordinate escalations and resolution within agreed service levels.
  • •Provide technical leadership for Collins airport solutions, including coordinating maintenance, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis for major incidents.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop local Managed Services engineers, including staffing/shift coverage planning for 24×7 operations where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience managing technical operations within airport, aviation, or mission-critical IT environments.
  • •Working knowledge of airport operational systems such as CUPPS, CUSS, AODB, FIDS, BRS, RMS, or related technologies.
  • •Experience leading technical support or Managed Services teams.
  • •Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and operational decision-making capabilities.
  • •Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, service reporting, and continual service improvement.
