Key Responsibilities

  • •Mix inks independently (water-based, plastisol, or solvent) using Pantone (PMS) codes, formulas, or customer requirements.
  • •Prepare screen printing machinery and components (clean/degrease screens, mount and adjust screens/squeegees/floodbars) and stage materials at the workstation.
  • •Assist with loading/feeding materials, monitor print quality during production, and report deviations or malfunctions to the lead printer.
  • •Unload printed products and guide them through the conveyor dryer/curing oven.
  • •Clean and maintain screens, squeegees, and ink wells; keep the work area organized and dispose of chemical waste according to guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a graphic production environment or screen printing shop is highly preferred, or a strong willingness to learn.

  • •Good physical condition for standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • •Proficiency in English or Dutch to read order sheets and safety instructions.
