Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delinquency and non-payback reporting for the Experian portfolio, including vintage curves, roll rates, gross/net loss, and recoveries.
  • •Evaluate underwriting and credit limit strategy changes end to end, modeling the approval/loss tradeoff and reporting actual vs. modeled results.
  • •Analyze the collections lifecycle and recommend changes to improve repayment rates without harming member experience.
  • •Build and maintain alerting and data-quality monitoring to detect anomalies, respond to incidents, and surface emerging risk trends.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Finance to shape the partnership analytics roadmap and track cohort LTV to maturity.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of experience in risk, portfolio analytics, or product analytics for consumer credit, earned wage access, or fintech lending.
  • •Advanced SQL, including writing complex queries and building/maintaining data models in dbt or a comparable framework.
  • •Experience with product funnel analysis and running A/B tests with experiment readouts.
  • •Strong investigative skills to diagnose issues in collections and size the impact.
  • •Comfort being the sole embedded analyst in a cross-functional pod with shifting priorities.
