Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update tracking logs for contracts, funding allocations, Potential Change Orders (PCOs), and Change Orders (COs), including coordinating approval workflows.
  • •Conduct budget and funding audits to ensure accuracy and compliance, proactively resolving approval workflow bottlenecks.
  • •Log and manage risks and issues in project systems (including defects/equipment issues), maintaining current risk registers and distributing weekly status reports.
  • •Coordinate contractor/consultant/vendor invoice submissions, verify billing against contractual requirements and milestones, and follow up to minimize delays.
  • •Manage project closeout dashboards and execute closeout activities, ensuring reconciliation and archiving of contracts, invoices, change orders, and financial records.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in project controls, cost engineering support, contract administration, project administration, finance, procurement, or a related field.
  • •Experience supporting large capital projects and construction/engineering/infrastructure, or related project environments.
  • •Experience with contract management, invoice processing, budgeting, and reporting activities.
  • •Ability to maintain and update contract and change tracking logs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
