Job Summary

Manage the end-to-end vehicle registration lifecycle—registration, renewals, transfers, and de-registrations—across Al-Futtaim Automotive dealership branches in KSA. Serve as the central link between showrooms, workshop operations, and Saudi government entities, ensuring compliance and meeting service-level commitments. Execute transactions on government platforms (Absher Business, Najiz, MVPI, Tamm, Fasah, Sabir), coordinate inspections and insurance binding, maintain audit-ready documentation, and report volumes, KPIs, and exceptions in SAP and the dealer management system.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute and oversee daily vehicle registrations, renewals, ownership transfers, plate issuance, and de-registrations across KSA branches.
•Process transactions on government platforms (Absher Business, Najiz, MVPI, Tamm, Fasah, Sabir) in line with regulations and service-level commitments.
•Coordinate vehicle inspections (MVPI), insurance binding (Tameen), and customs/clearance documentation to enable timely customer handover.
•Act as the primary point of contact with government entities and relevant stakeholders to expedite approvals and resolve registration-related issues.
•Maintain compliance and audit-ready records by validating registration documentation and capturing transactions in SAP and the dealer management system while producing daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in vehicle registration, government relations, or administrative roles in KSA’s automotive, leasing, or rental industry.
•Hands-on experience using Saudi government platforms including Absher Business, Najiz, Tamm, MVPI, Fasah, and Sabir.
•Strong working knowledge of KSA vehicle registration procedures, traffic regulations, and government e-services.
•Excellent bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal) and experience with data entry in both languages.
•Working knowledge of SAP (or an equivalent dealer management system) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting.
