Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead FP&A across categories with full P&L responsibility.
  • •Drive monthly actualization, including variance analysis, insights, and issue resolution.
  • •Support demand review by partnering with marketers on demand forecast inputs and validating driver assumptions.
  • •Support the build of the AOP and strategic plans.
  • •Provide modeling, analysis, and management summaries/presentations for business reviews and decision-making (and lead/develop one direct report).

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or business partnering roles.
  • •Strong P&L understanding with the ability to link results to revenue and cost drivers.
  • •Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with comfort working with large datasets and data analytics tools.
  • •Strong leadership and influencing skills, with excellent written and verbal communication (English fluent; French a plus).
