Job Summary

Own full P&L responsibility and lead the monthly FP&A agenda, driving insight into revenue and cost drivers. Partner with Marketing and Sales Planning to support demand review inputs and validate forecast assumptions, and help build the AOP and strategic plans. Execute monthly actualization with P&L variance analysis and issue resolution, and deliver data-driven modeling, management summaries, and presentations to support financial targets and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead FP&A across categories with full P&L responsibility.
•Drive monthly actualization, including variance analysis, insights, and issue resolution.
•Support demand review by partnering with marketers on demand forecast inputs and validating driver assumptions.
•Support the build of the AOP and strategic plans.
•Provide modeling, analysis, and management summaries/presentations for business reviews and decision-making (and lead/develop one direct report).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 52,542 - 58,380 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
•At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or business partnering roles.
•Strong P&L understanding with the ability to link results to revenue and cost drivers.
•Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with comfort working with large datasets and data analytics tools.
•Strong leadership and influencing skills, with excellent written and verbal communication (English fluent; French a plus).
