•Lead analog and layout design reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital, layout, packaging, and SI/PI to ensure design success.
•Take ownership of project execution across development phases from concept to production.
•Drive new micro-architecture innovations to meet aggressive performance, power, and area targets.
