•Lead enterprise-level solution design across UKG Pro WFM focused on scalability, resiliency, and long-term sustainability.
•Design and implement solutions across core UKG modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Forecasting, and Advanced Scheduling.
•Drive the evolution of integration strategy from Dell Boomi toward API-first, abstraction-layer patterns to reduce platform dependency and improve maintainability.
•Serve as technical authority for Workforce Technology, influencing platform direction and cross-team standards while mentoring engineers.
•Partner with HR, business operations, and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and create technical documentation plus feedback loops with end users.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,200 - 204,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/related field (or equivalent) plus 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree plus 5+ years.
•7+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM and/or Kronos platforms.
•Deep experience configuring and supporting Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, and Forecasting.
•Experience designing or leading migration toward API-first or abstraction layer integration patterns to decouple systems.
•Strong enterprise integration architecture knowledge, including middleware, abstraction layers, event-driven APIs, and cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred).
