Key Responsibilities

•Recruit, mentor, and manage Product and Pricing Operations professionals while driving a culture of precision and continuous improvement.
•Align the Product Ops roadmap with corporate goals and advise executive stakeholders across Finance, IT, Legal, and Product.
•Own operational readiness for product line launches, including the operational readiness checklist for Day 1 readiness of quoting, invoicing, and provisioning systems.
•Lead pricing architecture and execution: design and implement pricing models, discounting frameworks, and product bundling strategies within Salesforce systems.
•Drive process transformation for Lead-to-Cash by identifying improvements, mitigating project risks, and using AI-driven workflows to automate SKU management and improve pricing model precision.

•8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Consulting, including 3+ years in a people-management capacity.
•Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Admin or CPQ certification is highly preferred) and price book architecture.
•Proven track record in release management and capacity planning in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
•Advanced data modeling skills (Excel, Tableau, or SQL) to translate data into executive recommendations.
