Job Summary

Assist HSE Management in overseeing HSE activities across Business Units/Clusters to reduce Occupational Health & Safety risks to ALARP and support a “zero harm” operating target. Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain HSE plans, procedures, and SOPs, lead incident investigations, run and review risk assessments, and monitor compliance with HSE procedures and legal requirements. Support HSE training, inductions, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in setting HSE objectives, annual action plan, budget, training plan, performance monitoring, and incident/accident reporting.
•Review/support development of HSE plans, procedures, and guidelines with coordination across clusters.
•Coordinate with Business Units/Clusters to create and maintain documented HSE SOPs and records.
•Conduct incident investigations and lead/oversee risk assessment reviews, analysis, and corrective action recommendations.
•Monitor effectiveness of risk management, management of change, contractor management, audit/inspection processes, and support compliance evaluation and executive presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in HSE or a related field (master's degree a plus).
•Lead Audit Certificate for ISO 45001/14001 and 9001.
•NEBOSH certificate.
•IOSH Managing Safely.
•Knowledge of HSE digital platforms and certified risk management.
