Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all Sephora Worlds on-stage and ensure services, classes, and events are executed within Sephora standards.
  • •Ensure Services Coordinators and cast follow Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service to meet/exceed objectives.
  • •Train and develop Services Coordinators to manage the Studio day-to-day, including cast training outside of Daily Dose.
  • •Maintain a coaching culture by participating in selecting, training, and certifying SUBC Facilitators and coaches and attending classes to meet expectations.
  • •Act as Director in Charge (DIC) on-stage when needed and perform custom makeovers and skincare services as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 22.2 - 26.1 hourly

  • •1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • •Demonstrate strong client service skills.
  • •Demonstrate effective time management and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proven ability to manage time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • •Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
