Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead in the development and administration of the Alberta Healthcare Sector revenue/project development to achieve the firm’s financial goals and growth targets.
  • •Lead the development of hard backlog/net revenue forecasts for business development growth as per annual targets.
  • •Provide professional architectural seal on drawings and contract documents where you are the supervising architect.
  • •Build and evolve the healthcare practice in Alberta and act as a thought leader in healthcare on behalf of Architecture49.
  • •Collaborate with other regional Healthcare sector leaders to prepare strategic plans to advance growth and maintain client relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 124,900 - 167,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Architecture degree with Alberta licensure to practice architecture
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare market
  • •Strong leadership and business development capabilities in Alberta healthcare
  • •Ability to lead revenue and backlog forecasting and provide financial accountability
