Lead the Alberta Healthcare Sector practice for Architecture49, driving strategic development, business management and project excellence. Responsible for revenue growth, backlog forecasting, and client relationships; will supervise architectural work as the supervising architect, shape regional growth, and mentor local resources while aligning with national objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead in the development and administration of the Alberta Healthcare Sector revenue/project development to achieve the firm’s financial goals and growth targets.
•Lead the development of hard backlog/net revenue forecasts for business development growth as per annual targets.
•Provide professional architectural seal on drawings and contract documents where you are the supervising architect.
•Build and evolve the healthcare practice in Alberta and act as a thought leader in healthcare on behalf of Architecture49.
•Collaborate with other regional Healthcare sector leaders to prepare strategic plans to advance growth and maintain client relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 124,900 - 167,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Architecture degree with Alberta licensure to practice architecture
•Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare market
•Strong leadership and business development capabilities in Alberta healthcare
•Ability to lead revenue and backlog forecasting and provide financial accountability
•Proven ability to build and evolve a regional healthcare practice and maintain long-term client relationships
