  • •Drive unified standards for accuracy, scalability, and a frictionless client experience across receivables processes.
  • •Own the account analysis program, designing financial controls and performing approvals, reasonableness checks, and variance analysis.
  • •Manage billing practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while monitoring adherence to revenue targets.
  • •Lead and develop a team by handling hiring, coaching, performance management, and training.
