Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform table maintenance duties according to HOB service standards.
  • •Complete opening, running, and closing housekeeping duties per service standards.
  • •Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner.
  • •Maintain cleanliness by sweeping/mopping, vacuuming/spot cleaning, and cleaning spills immediately.
  • •Maintain restrooms and service rooms (restock supplies, clean and polish fixtures, report repairs and hazards).
