Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • •Act as the primary technical advisor throughout the Claude adoption journey, coordinating across teams from discovery and evaluation to deployment.
  • •Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work, guiding architecture decisions and stack integration.
  • •Help customers develop evaluation frameworks and identify common integration patterns, sharing insights with Product and Engineering.
  • •Create and deliver technical content for engineering and executive audiences, and maintain knowledge of evolving LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
  • •Experience working with enterprise customers in India or the APAC region across complex buying cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • •Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to C-suite executives, engineering, and IT teams.
  • •Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
  • •Comfortable with Python and familiarity with common LLM frameworks/tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
