Job Summary

Support and coordinate event management for Informa Markets in Vietnam across databases, buyer/group programs, partnerships, and exhibitor support. Assist with marketing and visitor promotion, manage onsite front-desk operations, and ensure systems and order processing are accurate. Translate promotional materials between English and Vietnamese, handle post-show reporting and thank-you communications, and provide secretariat and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

•Compile, update, and maintain exhibitor, visitor, and buyer databases; support market research and event data preparation.
•Develop and execute group and buyer program plans, including telesales scripts, invitations, registration links, and promotional materials.
•Identify and engage international organizations for partnerships; negotiate partnership terms and coordinate with PR and media partners.
•Support sales and exhibitors with promotion activities, side events, roadshows, and pre- and post-show documentation.
•Manage onsite event operations (front desk, petty cash, housekeeping) and complete post-show reporting, thank-you communications, and administrative filing.
