Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the EMEA HR SSC operations team across multiple countries and communicate across organizational departments.
  • •Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for client-supported professionals across EMEA jurisdictions.
  • •Ensure smooth implementation of integrated standard operations practices with internal and external partners and serve as an operational escalation point for compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Accounting, Law, HR, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • •5–10 years of experience in HR Operations, including end-to-end employee lifecycle, in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing centralized HR shared service center operations for the EMEA region.
  • •Strong leadership experience managing cross-regional staff, with knowledge of HR fundamentals across different locales.
  • •Strong project management skills and proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce (business analytical tools a plus).
