Use consultative selling to understand client priorities and value added, supported by product and sales training plus extensive shadowing during the first 8 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage prospects via phone, email, or face-to-face across SME, mid-market, and enterprise segments in Eastern Province (including Khobar and Dammam) and Bahrain
•Own the full-cycle sales process from outbound calls to closing deals
•Initiate discussions and build interest with potential partners
•Arrange meetings with potential partners and set up the sales cycle for success
•Understand client business priorities and the potential value KitchenPark can add to support growth

Key Requirements

•3+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying direct sales experience
•Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (marketing, sales, finance, economics)
•Consultative selling skills with exceptional closing ability
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in person and on the phone)
•Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to operate with a growth mindset
