Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and prepare chemical substance registration dossiers for submission to competent authorities across the Americas while ensuring compliance and timelines.
  • •Coordinate chemical notification and registration processes, including data collection, document preparation, internal approvals, and negotiation with authorities.
  • •Serve as the PSRC representative in the U.S. Responsible Care Committee and support related industry Responsible Care initiatives.
  • •Coordinate with Product Safety Stewardship and Toxicology teams to prepare registration dossier materials and ensure required studies are completed within agreed timelines.
  • •Keep regulatory content updated in SAP EHS and other PEHS databases; monitor regulatory developments (TSCA, CEPA, Latin America), assess impacts, and support compliance activities such as inspections and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (one year of relevant experience may substitute for one year of formal education).
  • •University Degree in Science/Engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Technical Degree with 8+ years.
  • •Good project management skills.
  • •Experience in analytical chemistry with working knowledge of nanomaterial safety assessment.
