Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary people manager for ~15–20 direct reports, including performance appraisal and target cascading.
  • •Ensure HS&E compliance for the work center/shift, promoting safety mindset and registering safety checks and learnings.
  • •Drive realization of operational targets and KPIs, coordinating daily activities and balancing resources and production demand.
  • •Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution with Technical Leaders and subject matter experts, providing escalation context and impact assessment.
  • •Review and improve operations at the L5 level, leading continuous improvement initiatives with a Lean/Kaizen mindset and executing annual plans, budgets, risks, and deviations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; Master’s preferred or equivalent working/thinking level.
  • •Solid experience in manufacturing, operations, or technical support environments.
  • •Proven experience planning and managing operational activities to deliver predefined objectives.
  • •Experience leading teams, shifts, or work centers.
  • •Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities, with good communication skills and structured, fact-based decision making.
