Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and refine reward models that accurately reflect reasoning effectiveness and adapt dynamically during RL training.
  • •Develop robust RL training strategies to ensure stability and avoid performance degradation without high-quality SFT data.
  • •Research methods to extend RL reasoning approaches from math/code settings to natural-language tasks and enable cross-task reasoning capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Earned a PhD degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
  • •Extensive experience in ML/CV/NLP/Recommendation Systems, including competitions, industry projects, and relevant publications (e.g., KDD/WWW/NIPS/ICML/CVPR/ACL/AAAI).
  • •Experience or innovation in large models or reinforcement learning (plus contributions in open-source and deploying large models in real business scenarios).
  • •Strong programming skills, including proficiency in Python/C++ or other relevant languages.
  • •Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong communication and collaboration mindset.
