Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical and physical failure analysis for device anomalies, customer returns, and qualification failures.
  • •Use advanced FA tools (e.g., FIB/EDX, SEM, Ion Milling, CSAM, 2D/3D X-ray, Emmi systems) to investigate failures.
  • •Analyze test data failures and electrical signatures to resolve failure mechanisms using Unix environment scripting.
  • •Develop and implement new FA techniques and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce turnaround time and enhance accuracy.
  • •Ensure lab safety and chemical handling compliance, maintain +6S standards, prepare detailed FA reports, and present findings to relevant teams and MRB.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering is required.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communication and ability to collaborate across all levels.
