Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Line Manager with optimal resource utilization and balancing the line/production thread to achieve area KPIs.
  • •Ensure production continuity by resolving current issues.
  • •Conduct on-the-job position trainings for operators.
  • •Ensure correct use of materials and tools during work.
  • •Improve processes in the assigned areas while maintaining compliance with procedures and upholding quality, order, and safety standards.

  • •Proficiency in MS Office; mandatory knowledge of D365.
