Key Responsibilities

  • •Support electronics and PCBA industrialization activities for NPI and PLS projects from development through production release.
  • •Provide manufacturing and electronics input to design decisions to improve manufacturability (DFM), testability (DFT), cost, quality, and component lifecycle robustness.
  • •Coordinate specification and procurement of electronics tooling, test equipment, fixtures, and capital assets.
  • •Support electronics prototype and pilot builds, including EMS coordination and pilot line readiness.
  • •Develop electronics process controls and documentation (work instructions, test procedures, standard work, operator training) and validate processes against functional, regulatory, and performance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of three years of engineering experience in an electronics manufacturing or plant operations environment.
  • •Working knowledge of production tooling, assembly fixtures, and test fixtures (e.g., ICT/FCT).
  • •Technical knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical components, assemblies, PCBA drawings/schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs).
  • •Fluent English language (bilingual) and working knowledge of Microsoft O365, preferably Power Apps/Power BI.
