•Lead the global Revenue, AR, and CoGS accounting functions, including subledger operations, journal entry frameworks, and reconciliations.
•Direct the integration of technical accounting policies into high-volume global workflows.
•Define and drive scalable ERP workflows and revenue automation improvements (e.g., Oracle RMCS, Zuora) in partnership with business operations and enterprise technology.
•Deliver sophisticated variance analysis and provide high-level guidance to evaluate operational feasibility and compliance of initiatives.
•Oversee complex accounting concerns, collaborate with Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting for disclosures, and lead audit cycles while evolving SOX/internal audit strategies.

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
•12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 6+ years in revenue accounting, in a large, fast-paced public company environment.
•8+ years leading and developing high-performing management-level teams, with a proven ability to build and influence team culture.
•Expert-level understanding of ASC 606, deferred revenue accounting, and complex CoGS structures in a SaaS or usage-based environment.
•Deep experience with enterprise-grade ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and specialized revenue subledgers (e.g., Zuora Revenue, RMCS).
