Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily program execution cadence, including CORE meetings, reviews, PMRs, failure reviews, configuration control boards, and Estimate at Complete reviews.
  • •Lead weekly customer meetings to ensure clear communication, alignment on deliverables, and task prioritization.
  • •Collaborate with program team leads to fulfill contractual requirements and ensure timely, on-budget integration and production.
  • •Track program progress and implement corrective actions to maintain alignment with program goals.
  • •Manage program planning and proposal efforts, including developing Program Management Plans/Directives and establishing and validating BOEs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with at least 5 years experience.
  • •Background in program management or project management.
  • •Leadership experience (e.g., IPTL) on production programs, including with factory personnel and/or external material suppliers.
  • •Experience with program management tools such as EVMS, Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS), or similar processes.
  • •Experience in Risk and Opportunity management and balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints, including support for proposal development and BOE creation.
