Store Team Lead

Lead day-to-day store team activities in Orlando by delivering outstanding customer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Help manage POS and store operations, assist across merchandising and stockroom functions, and partner with Store Management to achieve sales goals on the sales floor. Serve as a brand ambassador, support key-holder opening/closing responsibilities, and follow asset protection, inventory control, and compliance policies while modeling a positive team culture.
