Job Summary

Own day-to-day operations for CrowdStrike’s Field Alliances partner ecosystem, enabling seamless execution across partner-facing processes. Manage Salesforce data integrity, partner onboarding and compliance, partner deal categorization and attribution, and regional deal support. Use data-led insights to identify trends and improvement opportunities, build scalable workflows, and lead enablement sessions and knowledge transfer. Collaborate with IT and GTM teams through QBRs and operating planning.

•Partner with Alliances Leaders to support channel strategy using data-led insights into trends, gaps, and opportunities.
•Run day-to-day operations supporting partners, partner managers, and sales teams, including metrics/KPIs shared with management.
•Manage partner onboarding and compliance support, including assisting with complex contractual cases, partner deal categorization, and correct partner attribution.
•Advise on process enhancements and liaise with IT, capability, and GTM teams; institute best practices and scalable processes including data flows.
•Deliver enablement sessions for Alliances/Partner teams (onboarding, knowledge transfer, training materials) and participate in QBRs and annual operating planning.
