Key Responsibilities

  • •Own data flow and build related data services for ByteDance’s Global Payment business.
  • •Solve ultra-large-scale data issues, processing hundreds of billions of incremental user data daily.
  • •Develop real-time streaming data transmission, cleaning, conversion, and calculation, and provide efficient external query services.
  • •Contribute to data governance to improve data usability and data quality.
  • •Understand and abstract business requirements, derive data value, and collaborate closely with business teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related major.
  • •Familiar with the Linux operating system and development environment.
  • •Strong computer fundamentals (data structures, operating systems, etc.).
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C/C++, Java, or Python.
  • •Experience in or exposure to big data tools/frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, Storm, Spark, Druid, Kafka, HBase, Elasticsearch).
