Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the team by hiring, developing, training, and conducting performance reviews and evaluations.
  • •Manage branch operations to maximize financial success, including monthly profit and loss reviews and identifying improvement and revenue opportunities.
  • •Monitor key metrics such as equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Establish measurable team goals and provide guidance, documentation, and support to address areas needing improvement.
  • •Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
