Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and optimize end-to-end distribution processes across receiving, storage, picking, packing, sortation, inventory control, waving, and shipping operations.
  • •Apply Lean and advanced industrial engineering methods (e.g., work measurement, ergonomics, 5S, Kanban, poka-yoke) to improve performance at scale.
  • •Conduct time studies and capacity modeling to support business cases for initiatives and capital investments.
  • •Design and evolve facility layouts and material/process flows using AutoCAD and related CAD tools, including integrated automation systems and commissioning/go-live support.
  • •Drive data-driven operations by modernizing KPIs and dashboards, mining WMS data with SQL, and using AI/ML-enabled analytics to inform operational decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •Proven experience designing and implementing automated material-handling and fulfillment systems.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD (or equivalent CAD tools) for layout and system design.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
  • •Advanced data analysis skills, including SQL-based data mining, and experience applying Lean and Six Sigma/continuous improvement in supply chain environments.
