Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end process design and optimization across receiving, storage, picking, packing, sortation, inventory control, waving, and shipping.
•Apply Lean and industrial engineering methods (e.g., method analysis, work measurement, ergonomics, 5S, Kanban, poka-yoke) to improve performance at scale.
•Design and evolve facility layouts and material/process flows using AutoCAD and related CAD tools.
•Lead engineering and implementation of integrated automation systems (e.g., AS/RS, high-speed sortation, conveyance, robotics, print-and-apply) through commissioning and go-live.
•Use SQL and WMS data to drive KPI modernization, performance dashboards, and AI/ML-enabled operational analytics to identify improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Proven experience designing and implementing automated material-handling and fulfillment systems.
•Proficiency with AutoCAD (or equivalent CAD tools) for layout and system design.
•Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
•Advanced data analysis skills, including SQL-based data mining, plus Lean and Six Sigma/continuous improvement experience.
