Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical relationships with major mobile OEMs and ODMs to drive long-term design-win strategies.
  • •Serve as trusted technical advisor for battery management and power system solutions, translating customer requirements into roadmap recommendations.
  • •Provide expert support for battery charger, fuel gauge, battery protection, and PMIC products.
  • •Lead complex system-level debugging involving hardware, firmware, and battery interactions; perform root-cause analysis for critical field issues.
  • •Collaborate with application engineering, systems engineering, marketing, and quality teams; mentor junior FAEs and deliver executive-level technical presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in semiconductor FAE, applications engineering, or hardware system design.
  • •Experience supporting global mobile OEMs and smartphone or portable electronics customers.
  • •Deep understanding of smartphone power tree architecture and battery management (BMS).
  • •Strong expertise in fuel gauge technologies/algorithms and battery charging, protection, safety, and authentication architectures.
