Job Summary

Partner with Sales to deliver analog technical expertise across the customer sales cycle, helping identify solutions and drive design-in/design-win opportunities. Lead technical relationships with major mobile OEMs and ODMs, advise on battery management and power system architectures, and translate customer needs into product roadmap recommendations. Provide expert support for battery charger, fuel gauge, battery protection, and PMIC products, including complex hardware/firmware debugging and root-cause analysis, while collaborating across engineering and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical relationships with major mobile OEMs and ODMs to drive design-win strategies.
•Serve as a trusted technical advisor for battery management and power system solutions.
•Provide expert support for battery charger, fuel gauge, battery protection, and PMIC products.
•Lead complex system-level debugging across hardware, firmware, and battery interactions and perform root-cause analysis.
•Collaborate with Application Engineering, Systems Engineering, Marketing, and Quality teams to resolve issues and support revenue growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in Semiconductor FAE, Applications Engineering, or Hardware System Design.
•Experience supporting top-tier global mobile OEMs and smartphone/portable electronics customers.
•Deep understanding of smartphone power tree architecture and battery management architectures (BMS).
•Strong expertise in battery systems including fuel gauge technologies/algorithms, charging/protection/safety/authentication, and battery characterization/root-cause analysis.
