Job Summary

Lead executive-level ownership of Zip’s most complex enterprise implementations, serving as the strategic anchor for deployments spanning multi-entity operations and integrations with major ERPs. Own and scale implementation strategy, governance, and repeatable delivery playbooks while supporting hyper-growth. Act as a player-coach for Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve customer outcomes, time-to-value, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the executive sponsor and senior implementation authority for strategic, Fortune 500, and highly customized enterprise deployments.
•Design and refine scalable, repeatable implementation processes across discovery, solution architecture, workflow design, and testing.
•Act as a player-coach to mentor and guide Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects on governance and technical delivery.
•Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate learnings and feedback into product roadmap and pre-sales scoping improvements.
•Implement governance, risk escalation frameworks, and quality standards to improve CSAT and net revenue retention (NRR).

Key Requirements

•10+ years of enterprise software implementation, professional services, solutions architecture, or management consulting experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership or director-level capacity at a SaaS or B2B enterprise technology company.
•Proven success overseeing complex, multi-workstream enterprise deployments such as integrations with major ERPs (Workday, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), including global rollouts.
•Track record of scaling implementation/professional services teams by designing robust methodologies, playbooks, and KPIs.
•Strong people leadership focused on mentorship and leadership development for Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with comfort managing scope, risk, and C-level stakeholders.
