Job Summary

Develop customer relationships and drive sales of deposits, loans, and fee-based services by using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. Participate in a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, leading to certification. Proactively reach out using CAMP and marketing tools, cross-sell to existing customers, support outside sales efforts, and coordinate referrals with partners to meet production and customer experience goals while following risk and ethics policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete onboarding and education rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, leading to certification to perform as a Retail Personal Banker II.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the company value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and support periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell, conduct outside sales activities, and partner with assigned Business Partners (e.g., Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to refer customers and deliver holistic solutions while following risk policies and confidentiality requirements.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferable skills (or combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Comfort developing new consumer household and/or small business customers and cross-selling to established customers.
•Understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to maintain Retail policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment; S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS required at time of employment.
